On 17 June 2021, Brink writes to Zondi JA, covering the original signed hardcopy of his second response to LASA's complaint, provided to him with the consent of the LPC for the reason stated in it.

Zondi JA's decision on 8 July 2021of Brink's eight complaints to the Judicial Conduct Committee of the Judicial Service Commission against Mlambo JP overtook things and delayed for a few weeks the plan stated in the response and repeated the letter to copy the response to other interested parties, including and especially the foreign governments mentioned in paragraph 10 of the response and paragraph 4 of the letter. Unless there are any other supervening developments, this will now be done in September instead.
